This week, we are highlighting Good American’s denim line for Zara. The denim is available in-store and online in the United States. The partnership benefits both Zara’s efforts to provide fashion-forward and more sustainable clothing for all customers and Good American’s mission to bring more inclusivity and representation to fashion. This partnership is a very big deal for both companies, but especially for Good American. Don’t get me wrong, Good American is already a successful brand, but Zara is an empire and a household name. BALENCIAGA’S NEWEST POP-UP SHOPS

LE CAGOLE HEAVEN

This week, I am highlighting Balenciaga’s pop-up shops for their Le Cagole bag. Since its launch in 2021, Balenciaga's Le Cagole bag has taken the world by storm. Considering its rise in popularity, Balenciaga has opened various pop-up shops for the sole purpose of showcasing the bag in its various colors and sizes. The Le Cagole has been spotted on Kendall Jenner, Alexa Demie, Hailey Bieber, Dua Lipa, and basically any celebrity you can think of. Additionally, the bag is a focal point of the label's campaign starring Kim Kardashian. The Le Cagole is inspired by Balenciaga’s infamous Motorcycle Bag, capturing the house's history through creative director Demna's own lens. To celebrate its success and popularity, Balenciaga has put on a pop-up store experience that is a visual overload. All of the pop-up locations feature a bright pink furry interior, making it hard to miss. The pink displays solely feature the Le Cagole bags in different colors, materials, and sizes. Customers can purchase a bag and get it customized with foil-stamped or crystal-studded initials. There are also wallets, cardholders, shoes, and other items from the Le Cagole line available to purchase.


OLIVIA RODRIGO FOR GLOSSIER

YOU LOOK GOOD, OLIVIA!

This week, We are highlighting Olivia Rodrigo’s partnership with Glossier. Rodrigo has become the new face of Glossier’s You Look Good campaign, which emphasizes enhancing natural beauty with minimal yet effective products. Although they did not produce any products, this partnership just makes complete sense. For the campaign, Rodrigo has a new page on GLossier’s website named “Olivia’s Favorites,” which goes through all of her go-to products and has new bundles for buyers. In addition, both Rodrigo and Glossier posted a reel on Instagram - which has since racked up more than a million likes. Founder and CEO Emily Weiss posted, 'Glossier is about living in—and embracing—the now, not the past, and not the future. It's about fun and freedom and being OK with yourself today.' Olivia gets it; she IS it. She reminds us all: You Look Good." And I think we can all agree with Weiss when she said, “Olivia, you've been a Glossier girl for years—and you're basically a manifestation of our dream girl since 2014.” You can read more about why this is a perfect pairing on Vogue’s website, where Rodrigo details her relationship with makeup in an interview.


Frankies Bikinis x Gigi Hadid

I think that it is pretty safe to say that Frankie’s Bikinis has mastered the art of the collaboration. In the past, they have had amazingly successful collaborations with numerous celebrities and brands like Wildflower, Naomi Osaka, Sofia Richie, and many more. For their newest collaboration, I really like how they teased who it would be. THey first posted a photo on Instagram with the initials F + G carved into a tree with a heart and asked their followers who the G stood for. They then posted a photo from the upcoming collection's lookbook that displayed Francesca Aiello and the anonymous celebrity running off, backs faced to the camera. From the hair, everyone could tell that the swim line was with none other than Gigi Hadid. A formal announcement followed the next day in the form of a newsletter and Instagram reel. Like many, I am super excited to see the line they have designed and loved Frankie’s suspense-filled announcement for this A-list collaboration.


CAROLINA BUCCI X MARGHERITA MISSONI  

“MIX COLORS LIKE A MISSONI”

This week, I am highlighting the impressive campaign for the special edition Margherita Missoni Forte Bead bracelet from Carolina Bucci. For this collaboration, Bucci sent out a newsletter titled “Mix Colors Like A Missoni.”  This line drew me in immediately, and I was directed to an exclusive and interesting interview with Missoni where she outlined the creative process of designing her vibrant bead combination. Missoni is the perfect person to do this collaboration, for she is truly the queen of mixing colors into beautiful and detailed patterns - now in both her Missoni and Missoni Mare brands as well as for Carolina Bucci.
